TIP & TRICKS TO BUILD THE CHEST...?
Today we are going to deal with those concepts of chest
"CHEST" is one of the body part which makes look u like real HULK or make u look attractive for other
This is the main part which makes a lot different while from other parts while u dress up
It makes u look health with good structured and those cuttings out.In above pic which u can see the cut which breaks below from his throat
nearly for 2 year i was looking for such a great and cutting and separated chest.I was building only those separator but not that blukness in the upper layer. I even tried out with the heaviest weights i can.But i was not gaining........i was depressed feeling like ): shit i was demotivated willing to leave this building and thought that i can't ...i won't
Then i searched and filtered the complete browser. saw many articles found much stuff from many fitness and builders .But not so satisfied then i thought of looking the old fitness people's training who where such perfect in 1990's where there was not such highly equipped machines...
Then i got that tricks and tips today i will share all those tips....
I recommend u not to build those massive lower chest because once u stop doing exercises after "building those huge chest" once u stop maintaining them they become saggy (this is right or wrong i did not experience it but most of the old builder and articles said it)
see the below pic u will get to know it can be when u become huge with lower chest more as even "HE TOOK STEROIDS " THAT'S another reason and will explain that about in my another blog. it's main side effect will be on that stomach and health and nerves
now look at the below pic of "MR.UNIVERSE" ARNOLD schwarzenegger. u can see that he is much huge that the person above but how come did not have so saggy chest a the man above. ...? I will explain it
- Firstly he did not take any steroids
- Second as he was getting older he was gradually decreasing his weight and maintaing a frequent workout at his old age
- As if he was a experienced person in building .He knows how to reduced his weight gradually without harming himself
I recommend or just given a note build a normal physic which can be maintained even after ur old age.As below old builder
now getting into main point how to build an classic and great looking chest
THIS IS FOR MEN FOR WOMEN U CAN LOOK AT DOWN
BENCH PRESS :
this is the most prominent and effective workout.which makes to bulid the outer and the inner layer of the chest.- never lift ur back keep it straight and do it a correct form even with less weight .correct workout only makes u increase ur chest build properly
DUMBBELL PRESS:
This another great workout.i would prefer u change ur dumbbell press on floor if u use frequently on bench else vice versaUPPER CHEST :
this what u should not be neglect. Before i used to neglect it but this was main key for that great cut and bulk look on ur chest. This i what makes men look sexy and for women awesome shape out.REALLY it works i had experience one year where i can see my change before that for 2 year i was neglecting and feeling depressed.I recommend you to do divide ur chest workout weekly twice means(monday normal out layer of chest and friday :complete upper chest) this will make u change within 5 to 6 weeks of workout it self check it onceDumbbell inclined chest press:
This also a great workout which makes that upper chest pop or make it look bulk add this also to our workout weekly twiceFLY'S:
These help you to strech the chest wider so this makes ur chest wide
CHAIN PULL OVER:
this can be obligatory if u still have energy in body add this to our workout also make it one less rep than other workout with stop and hold of nearly 30 seconds or 15 seconds. This is helpful women's and men'sMachine press:
This is the workout useful for the upper chest mainly so make it twice a week as i said for that upper chest pump-
decline bench press
: weekly once or twice a week once is enough not much than that else u may gain man boobs PULL OVER:
This is the best finisher for the chest workout . This is compulsory for both women and men's- Do not over train ur self
- Do the correct form donot cheat urself
- make it clean and clear with slow form
- patience is the main key
- & same the last point don't compare ur body with others and be motivated
- SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU YESTERDAY AND TODAY NOT WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR OTHERS
If u have strength u can add few of the dips like pics shown below with mostly 3 to 4 reps.this can make ur complete chest workout.
DO these push ups as warmup at starting of our workout any one of them is enough or make it monday one type and next day of chest day one type
Woman's workout
some of them are same but u have maintain those structure. so keep it with less weight and more reps .so that u get that perfect structure.
